It's not really a project box, it is a cymbal trigger from a Hart ecymbal. I destroyed the cymbal, but reused the boxes.
You are correct about the splitter. However, I am using it on a td-6 to separate the cymbal signals into head and rim triggers. The crashes are chokable as well. I got...Last edited by animal; 08-18-09, 08:19 PM.

I have been rebuilding my kit and had an idea. I decided to build the splitters into the trigger boxes.
this will allow me to run a trs cable to my crash and run a rca cable out of it to the splash (rim trigger).

5 dollar trigger cymbal
I was walking thru Lowes and saw some 8"x10" sheets of clear Lexan. I bought one since they were less than $4. I went home and cut it with my jigsaw, glued a mouse pad to it. Stuck on a piezo with duct tape and I now have a pretty tough little trigger cymbal....
