We have the Mackie 450's with the Subs. The subs make the difference. the 12's just don't have the bottom of either the 400a's or the Eons. I also think the EON's sound warmer than the Mackies. I like the EON cooling design a lot better than Mackie....

I use a KD7 with a DMPro and I have noticed that I sometimes have miss triggering. The KD is about 2 years old. I think I'll take it apart and take a look at the solder points.

Just got my new 18" with bell. This is the best thing I have bought for my E-set in years. I am going to get the crash and HH as soon as I get a few bucks ahead. The feel and triggering of these things is great.
