Whilst we are back on the subject, my TD-8 started changing up to the next kit number on its own randomly this week. No switches connected.

Anyone else have this problem?...

How would a condenser mic go being so close to the rest of your kit if you were playing acoustics? I know the V's wouldn't be a problem, but wouldn't there be heaps of bleed through a headset condenser mic when playing acoustics? Maybe it could act like a third overhead PS: Correct me if I'm wron...

I've done the same thing with making my own PD-120

I found a new polished steel 12" x 5.5" snare from a company called "Peace" drums, whacked a roland 12" mesh head on and all the hardware underneath.

I listened to a CD of my vdrums through a Marshall base amp at a shop the other day, and I have to say I was blown away.

It was a 15" Marshall base amp with HF horn, and by setting the Equalizers, compression and HF horn...

Won't be buying gold cymbals......
