Sounds like a warranty issue. I would call Pintech. Those lug screws look generic although probably a specific length. I think the nuts are probably unique to Pintech.

How difficult would it be to remove the inner spring on an OEM red top aquarian? I had to put one back together at church once for the youth department. I am sure no one did anything to it, it just broke!
