Subcription notifications

I have not partuicipated on this forum for many years. All of a sudden I am receiving subscription notifications for posts that I am not subscribed to. I have turned off notifications in the settings but they still continue. I removed all old subs and still they are coming in. Anyone know how to shut them off.? How can I delete my account?

The last upgrade has all sorts of anomalies and quirks...alan has been laboring over it for months. It can be quite annoying at times.............

I have vB investigating. I told them about this two days ago. They're working on it. If it continues, I will have to disengage the email system altogether. Even deleting accounts isn't fixing it. I'm beyond pissed off right now.

Ahhh, I came here in search of a solution to this issue as well. I've also removed all subscriptions.

I suspect the problem will eventually lead to the domain on some spam / black lists so it should be a high priority.
