    Hello all

Currently searching for my first drum set, and it will be an edrum kit since I'm living in an apartment. I've been trying the Roland and Yamaha kits and am really actively searching out a good deal now on either a Pintech mesh, Roland mesh, or Yamaha DTXpress IV special kit.
I'm looking forward to getting a few lessons to start me off in the right direction to prevent developing any bad habits from the get go.

    hello!

I hope you find a good deal - happy drumming!

just a word of caution though, remember (or do a search here to find out) that esp. the kick beater can be heard in apartments below yours.

Various solutions to this problem can be found in threads here...

    keep the beat!
TD9+6v with Diamond Electronic pads, and cowbell.
    ATH-50m headphones, VEX packs
not to mention keyboards, guitars, basses, and cats
