  • Hi from Australia

Hi all - been a long time coming, but I have finally posted in this awesome forum. I perform regularly using a TD12 - and have done for about 10 years now. Using JBL speakers. I also use mst of the V Expressions kits - they are great. Finally, I use SetListMaker on my ipad - which is customised. Well, hi everyone! Photo attached of my TD12 before a gig ...

          THanks guys.
Jimorlando - I am using JBL EON 15 inch speakers. One for 'proximity' sound on stage (directly behind me, so the crowd hear the kit coming from my location on stage like an acoustic kit - and not just through the front of house), and one JBL for foldback, as I sing backing vocals and need to hear the full mix.
Kenster - SetListMaker is a great app. It puts all my songs into set list order for the kit (easy to customise for each show),i can move it to the next song using a bluetooth pedal, tells me what kit number to dial up, it flashes the tempo at the commencement of the song, rolls through the lyrics, tells me what my next kit number is. ANd much much miore. Highly recommended. I have attached a screenshot of one of the songs in a set, but what you cant see in the photo is that it flashes tempo. WIll send vids of the band soon. Cheers

TY66, nice set up and welcome to vdrums. Thanks for the link to setlistmaker, that's a great app. I've been looking for something like that for quite a while. Many out there, but the ability to auto scroll lyrics, etc, very cool.
