Hey all, new poster here but long time drummer. By day I'm a project manager at an audio software company and do music production on the side. But sadly, my drum skills have atrophied having moved to city/apartment living. I've owned several e-kits over the years including a Pintech/Alesis D4, DDrum AT/4SE, SPD8, a custom R.E.T./Pintech/TD8 and most recently an older DTXpress connected to a Macbook with EZDrummer. I consider myself a dynamics player and have always had an issue especially with e-cymbals. But now, I'm starting to feel like a a proper Vdrum kit with a VH controller is what I need to be in the market for because the alternative is not getting to play. Once I fill the 30/30 quota, I plan on posting in the FS/FT section to see if I can get closer to affording a used set. Looking forward to chatting Vdrums with you all!

Welcome! I'm really enjoying my custom built pads with Zlidjian Gen 16's! I still use ecymbals to record as the Gen's are too thin, but live they look and feel great and the sound is close enough. I don't miss acoustic drums at all. Good luck!
TD50 Digital Pack, TD30 and TD9 Modules, custom made pads, Gen16 crashes, and hats plus a few other things that I'm not sure what to do with or why they're still in my kit. Bands: Espada http://www.musicaespada.com/ and JamCo https://www.facebook.com/JamcoEntertainment, https://www.jamcoband.com/
