Working on the Rack

Hey guys

I recently moved to a different city and used the opportunity to try something new on my vdrums.

I wanted to use less floor space and a lower profile rack setup.
Also took a shot at a "no leg" snare stand.

first shot was ok, but kind of flimsy so i added a second tier just for stability sake.

I still have to fine tune de position of everything (i was a bit tired after the moving, cleaning and setting up twice)

i sold my ecymbals and got some assorted hihats to diy some stealth cymbals. and i`ll probably will redo the wiring with some custom cables.

here a little time lapse of the whole thing.

Great vid!!!! I'll have to try that next time I set up and tear down!
As far as racks, if it works for you, then it's good! I also use a legless HH stand, love it, a lot less clutter underneath for my double kick pedal linkage.
