Kit, and chrome looks the wonderful.
You need to do some house-keeping on the cables though!

That's a great looking kit. My advice: Swap out the CY-12H for a CY-5. I was never really that crazy about my CY-12H. When I replaced it with a CY-5, it was a 100% improvement in feel, more reliable triggering, and a lot less physical noise. You'll even get money back in your pocket. How often does an upgrade do that?

I have always thought that that model pad was the best looking E pad made.
Never figured out why Yamaha stopped making them that way I guess plastic is cheaper than wood.
You would think since they make there own shells they could atleast offer them on there high end kits..
                      Great looking kit !!!!

Nice fan down there, too! Gotta have that air-supply when your playing all over those hot drums at 200+bpm.

Yea.. I plan on cleaning up the wires once I get that 4th cymbal set up and the third rack tom added (8") to the top two toms.

Great looking layout ! I'm with Zeke on the fact that I always thought the first generation DTXtreme drum pads were just visually a great move made by Yamaha with that series . I always wondered why they dropped that I idea of wooden shells . I like how the chrome Gibraltar rack really kicks things up too with your kit .
