    Thought this might interest some of you ............ the PA company i work for ( Event Sound and Light ) have just had a very busy run of summer shows ......... UB40 drummer James Brown uses TD10ex and 2 x Akai samplers in a rack triggered from PD's ......... very nice chaps too, and boy, that reggae groove is very infectious ......... lotsa Ladies giving in maximum bump'n'grind. Lovely.

    Hey, that's interesting: I didn't know he plays v-drums. Any idea what kind of cymbals those are?

      Unfortunately i was too busy to take in some details ........ but they were all Zildjian .............. i'm way out of touch with 'real' metal so i cant tell you any more.

        So those are acoustics cymbals? Did they have e-triggers or were they just miked and amped?

          Acoustic ............ Zildjians miked with AKG C414's.
