I do, I trigger Superior Drummer within Ableton with use of the centipeak protrig plugin, works like a charm, you can even use mics instead of triggers. I has a ton of option from 5 band EQ to dynamics, it can even generate ghostnotes. I use a RME Babyface soundcard, a fast Vaio i7 with 8gB of ram and SSD, no problems.
Acoustic: 1948 WMP Gretsch Broadkaster drumset. Electronic: 2 Roland PDX8 pads, Alesis Trigger/io, Roland TMC6, DDrum4 module, Gen16 368. Sony Vaio i3 laptop. Mini mac i5, Apollo UAD, Focusrite liquid Saffire 56, 1 M-Audio delta M1010 with adater. Superior drummer, Evil Drums and Music City. Native instruments Abbey Road drums 50's, 60's and 70's. Three Mandala V1.0 pads.
