  • So I'm going to play an open mic....

    Chicago has alot of open mics during the week. Many musicians hang out at them. It's a great way to network.
    I decided I'm sick of hanging on Craigslist trying to find someone to collaborate with. I'm taking a mini kit
    and jamming with some tracks I work on in my Mac. It's going to be solo, Michael Schack style.

    Anyone else done this?

    Never done it, but best of luck and let us know how it goes!
    TD-30++ (TD-30, Diamond Electronic Drums 14x5 snare+Ludwig Atlas Pro II, 2xPDX-8, 2xPDX-6, VH-11+Gibraltar 9607DL-LD, 2xCY-12C, CY-13R, KT-10) + DA200S, almost all on an MDS-4 and a bit on the floor.

        Yep. And my MacBook Pro. I plan on checking it out before I play. Look for my escape routes.

            So how did it go???
            Be interested to hear how it went.
            I have done one short session in front of an audience by myself with SPD-30 and TD-30, it went okay, got a good response from the Audience.
            NOW with New Improved TD-30 Module, some V drums an other music making thingies with miscellaneous small furry animals, large hairy animals, motorcycle bits and a big muff:rolleyes:.
