  • Heavy crash-riding on v-cymbals?

    Hey,

Is it possible to heavy crash ride on the v-cymbal(those rubber replicas) What settings would be needed? And if it were attempted, what would break?

I was wondering also if it would be necessary to use acoutsic cymbals? Wanna get that "Our Lady Peace" kinda sound from the v-cymbals if possible."

    Thanx

    Hey,

thanx man, you've been a huge help. Hopefully i'll have enough money saved up before summer to purchase the hardcore V-session...i intend possibly getting it from ebay, but i don't know, i'll find my options.

Thanx again. i should be able to accomplish the sound i want pretty well....
