  • V-club Recording

I recently purchased a V-club set and a PD-80R for the snare. Anyway, I was wondering how they work for recording in a typical band situation, as opposed to using a traditional kit. It would be nice to just plug-in and go (cheaper too), but are there significant drawbacks?
We would be using Pro Tools LE for our session.
    Thanks to all that respond!

Considering it has only got two outputs, I'd record the drum track as midi data, so you can change volume settings afterwards, or record all instruments as audio on single tracks afterwards.
