NEEDED: Rotation Stopper for VH-12

Greetings,

I need to get the collar and straps for the VH12. I have the seat which the straps hook on to, but need the straps and the lower collar that goes on the HH stand.

Anyone?

In the UK I went straight to Roland spares and got the plastic part and collar for less than £5...I'm sure it would be a similar price in the US

I have been to 3 different music stores - including Sam Ash and Guitar Center - not only do they not have it in stock, but they also do not have any associated part number

Hi Srobak. I use a Pearl RH-2000 cable hi-hat stand with my VH-12 hi-hat, and it does not fit the VH-12 clamp and straps. A quick trip to my local Home Depot provided the solution - a package of 4 O-rings in a repair kit for a Delta kitchen faucet (Danco Repair Kit for Delta Kitchen Faucet, DL-15).

The O-rings are about 1.25" in diameter and I use two of them with the RH-2000 to hold the VH-12 in place. They cross around the RH-2000's leveling screw and hook onto the VH-12 where the standard straps go.

Check out the attached images. Something like this may work for you; it works like a charm for me and cost $4 (if memory serves).
