The difference between the PD-120 and PD-125 is the rim trigger...in the PD-120 the piezo is attached to the side of the drum, in the PD-125 there is a plastic basket which supports both piezos, with the rim piezo centered and attached to the entire rim. This gives you more even triggering response. The color is also black or white, where PD-120s come in White, Red or Blue/Purple...

Having just upgraded, I will say that the rim response is improved, but really only makes a difference for cross-sticking and I haven't noticed a world of difference since I upgraded. I believe the piezos are a different size as well from PD-120 to PD-125, but hasn't really made a difference. I have my PD-120s set as PD-125s in my TD-12 anyway, and they work fine. I'd honestly keep it, but for the cost of upgrading to the PD-125 and the fact that my kit already takes up most of the dining room in my tiny apartment. No room for another 12" pad.

            OK, sounds good to me.
Can you do $150? I live in NYC. If you live nearby, I can pick it up and give you cash, so that I can avoid the shipping charges. If not, paypal works as well. Is it in good working condition?

pm= private message: look up and to the right a bit, there is a yellow highlight just above the light blue bar...just over 'quick links'--- click on that, it will take you to private messages that will just be between you and the seller, so that nosey outsiders like myself dont see how you are bidding, or your address - its also not a good idea to write your email on forums like this, as bots can pick it up and suddenly, you have spam!
