  • Dear Mr Roland

I find it funny that I can control my whole house & all the media from my network. Not to mention even change the channels on my TV with a 4 year old "smart" phone. But I shell out almost 3k for a kit from you, and Im standing there scratching my head. No Apps?!?! Really? This is the best you can do? The best the mighty Roland Corp has?
I really hate taking a computer with me to gig. I like most of the planet, own a table computer and would really like to use it in conjunction with my kit to do things like store and run VSTs, record and save straight to the tablet as well as store and retrieve kits. (in case anyone from Roland Corp reads the forum) Jus say'n

Have you tried accessing your module via the WNA adapter and your iPad? Roland does have a couple apps that talk to the new generation modules.

I saw the title of this and I thought it was gonna be a petition for all Vdrum forum members to list the top three or 4 items we'd like to have on the next generation of Roland modules.
      Oh well.

As you well know Kenny, they are expensive because folks keep buying them.

Well, I've never quite got this 'luxury' analogy. It's professional looking, no doubt, but it is only a piezo in a box at the end of the day.
