TD 11K + head phone and PM- 03

Hi everyone, I just bought the TD- 11K and Speaker PM- 03. When I played, the sound it's disappointing me ( I also set up the sensitive of pad into around 18- 20). Tom 3 has sound all bass nothing else( happen at PM- 03). Also Kick is weak ( try speaker and headphone). It's absolutely different when I played on showroom. If somebody has some experience, please help me. . Thanks
