  • Star Trek "Nemesis" and Visu-Lite cymbals

Just saw Nemesis (not sure what the critics were *****ing about, I thought it was a pretty good flick--not perfect, but good) and there's a scene early in the movie that shows a drumset sporting two green translucent Visu-Lite cymbals. Gear geek that I am, I couldn't help but notice ........

What sharp eyes, you have there, Mr Wade. I just saw the movie and missed it completely!

Fascinating, isn't it - in 800 years Visu-lite is in business, but Roland was nowhere to be seen. I guess that's why they call it science fiction .

( Roland actually in business until the year 2750, but poor response to newly released TD-12 caused financial collapse)
Immensely powerful yet with a liquid cat-quick elegance

Any good PhotoShoppers out there feeling a little ambitious just for giggles?
