I run my TD10 & DTXpress into a BBE and then into one JBLG2 (about 5 ft away from BBE). Will a DI box help me? I do notice a great deal of buzzing. Will a couple DI box help elimnate this. BTW, JBL has one XLR and two 1/4" inputs.

DI Boxes?

I am assuming that you are running 1/4" cables throughout. You didn't mention your model of BBE, but unless you have the 882 (I think I am right here), you MUST use 1/4" or RCA adapters, no balanced input/outputs.
So, I don't think a direct box will help.
I would check for ground issues. Try plugging everything into the same power strip, and make 100% sure that it is grounded properly and that the circuit you are connecting to is also grounded properly.
If this doesn't fix it, then there are other issues we can address, but let's try this one first.- Hans

It just occured to me. You should also check what electrical appliances and lights are in use when you have this problem. My wife has a 500 watt quartz light 2 floors above my drums. When she turns it on, I get the buzz. Lights with dimmer switches could do this also.

I don't remember who it was... maybe the 'most excellent search tool' could help... but I DO remember reading a few posts on here where folks mentioned doing something with their power supply on their TD10 to eliminate hum/buzz. As I recall this was a situation typical to the TD10. (?)
