  • BBC4 Prog Rock season....

I felt a few of you may be interested to know that BBC4 are running a prog rock season at the moment. It started last night with "Prog Rock Britannia" which is a 90 minute documentary, and was very good. Lots of stuff with Palmer, Bruford etc. Worth seeing for Carl Palmer's stainless steel "electronic" kit.
Tonight from 9 there are 2 Genesis concerts plus a Phil Collins interview programme, with him talking about his entire career.
All of this is available after broadcast to anyone with a PC/Mac on iPlayer.

Well worth a look I'd say.

BarT, I assume you're referring to this item:
        3. Downloadable BBC Content is available for download within the UK only.

Do they ever make content available to those of us across the pond?

Only radio I believe, not TV.

Well the Phil Collins interview sent me to sleep, so nothing missed.
I'll try and find a way to get the good stuff hosted for you.

One good thing he said though: He said that he regretted not learning to read music.
