I got this book some time ago. However, tonight was the first time that I decided to sit down and actually practice with it. All, I can say is, boy is my left hand tired. Lol, my left never gets a good workout like that. I guess that is why people stress leading with your weak hand so much. The book suggested that I practice each exercise 20 times without stopping and for at least an hour. I think if I stick with it, it will improve the speed of my left hand. I was wondering if anyone could suggest a book that will help me with my left foot the same way. Or should I just do the same exercises with my feet ? Thanks for any feedback.

As I said above, just do the same exercises with your feet. If you want to make it interesting, do them with the feet and hands simultaneously and then do them simultaneously but lead your feet with the right and your hands with the left (or vice versa). There are lots of ways to use the resources you have, to get he most out of the money you've spent before spending more. Be creative and challenge yourself!

Another book that compliments Stone well is Ted Reeds "Progressive Steps to Syncopation for the Modern Drummer".

It is a lot more applicable in the real world too.

Add Jim Chapin's Independent Co-Ordination book and you have the trio.
