That's what happens when you're lucky enough to get lessons from someone like Dennis Chambers...
"Today young men on acid realised that all matter is purely energy condensed to a slow vibration; That we are all of one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively; There's no such thing as death, life is only a dream and we're the imagination of ourselves.. Here's Tom with the weather"...

    TD-20 + TMC-6 + VF-1 + Gen16's = Not enough inputs.

I know he's got a lot of Dennis in him, but Bozzio, Alexander and a few others are quite obvious as well. I'm sure a lot of it stems from Dennis' background as well. Check it...

He busts some Primus at 1:00.. and Bozzio at 1:20.. well, very close anyway. Hell, I guess you could say all that's Bruford.

I just don't think I could be friends with a guy that good..... Shame and all, but I this guy just makes me look hopeless... The chicks don't stand a chance. With hands that fast it would be one quick solo

        Great Vid

          That is some awesome playing.
His playing reminds me of Rod Morgenstein. Here is a Vid of Morgenstein.

Tony Royster is one very cool drummer. Check out some of his clips when he was 6 and 7 years old... amazing stuff.

I can't find the earlier ones but here's a cool one when he was 12...

He reminds me of Mark Mondesir

(Not the greatest clip, but you get the idea - I couldn't find a better one)

Wow, I am so jealous of the speed and accuracy he shows.
I have, however, mastered slow and plodding!

I've seen that one before. Royster was good when he was 7! LOL

One should never be discouraged after hearing drummers like this, you should be inspired.
