vdrums cubase

What click do you use Vdrums or sequencer??
Drum maps are there any for a TD8 or do I use Roland??

Thanks, I have cubase 5, audiophile 24/96 soundcard & a small desk, TD8K on order.
I was going to set it up: midi in/out with direct outs to the desk.
It was really a open ended question of setup and techniques.
What click to use? editing,drum maps,syn,etc.
My initial idea is to record nice dry sounds,clean up where needed and convert to audio, is this right?
