The coolest thing about my new TD-8

is that Roland hired Don Knotts to record the "voice" for the metronome. I'm sure a big star like Mr. Knotts must have commanded a hefty fee but Roland spared no expense. It is this kind of attention to detail that makes the TD-8 a truly great product. I love grooving along while Barney Fife barks out "One...Two...Three...Four..."

Don Knotts?! My metronome voice is of a computerized chick voice. Is that a silly new feature or some smelly boolesh1t?
