Right click on the link and do "save target as". It's a zip file.

I took the time to add your tracks to my FTP site. You have been given some space in the International Musicians directory under a sub directory of your own.

Feel free to upload your stuff to my FTP site! Don't be shy guys, this is a unique and FREE opportunity for you to share your talent!

Don't be shy with the encoding either! Use a high quality (128 kbps or better) encoding to get a a little fuller sound. Choose variable bitrate (if using aduio catalyst) instead of a fixed bitrate to avoid compression hiss/whine.

          Good luck!

the functionality seems to go in cycles. i am trying all variations of getting at the files and geocities will not give me those bytes!

i am certain they have a daily limit on your web throughput, which has probably by now (9:30 EDT) been surpassed.

thanks, manu, i checked them out! sounds very good!

i assume you would like some suggestions, since you bothered to post them online. i have two, FWTAW.

                      1. take the time to practice OFTEN with a metronome. mark my words, you will be glad you did when it is all over. when i started playing drums, i was 13 years and never wanted to play with a metronome. years later, i had serious problems keeping time when i would play with other musicians. drummers with excellent timekeeping ability are worth their weight in gold.

                      2. i thought you sounded much better (much more musical) playing the backbeat with the guitar tune then you did on your solos. this is, IMO, because you were forced to think in phrases, whereas, in your solos there was little to no phrasing. think about that.

                      good luck!

i really have no idea about phrasing man, the thing is that i just have 1 year and a half and not of actual playing, because i bought my v's a month ago, so i started playing with a metronome exactly then( thats why my time sucks lol),
u can say im starting to play but with a lot of idea of what drums are about because i been paying atencion to drums in the music since a year and a half, i also need a teacher to help me to organize solos, but im not worried about the soloing , i want to groove with solid tempo and tasty drum parts !!!

thanx a lot for your comentarys i apreciate and srry for the english byeeeee

                          Manu:

I listened to the stuff you uploaded. I'm impressed. You seem to be picking up on the groove playing based on the acid song uploaded. I really enjoyed hearing it!

FWIW - Not that I'm a great soloist or anything... but a solo should be like a good detective story. It should have a definite introduction, body and conclusion. Most good detective stories start out kind of slow and build up anticipation through out the story. Throw in a copy of "fake" endings and you've got yourself a best seller!
