"hmmm" .... is that a low pitched, 'rumbling' type of fart?

Since you're from Canada, can you tell me: where is the cheapest place to get a TD-8? So far, I've only enountered $1300 (Candadian). What about Canadian Roland and Pintech dealers (preferably in Ontario)? Thanks for the help.

Try the people at Saved By Technology. http://www.savedbytech.com/

Other than that I believe $1300 Canadian IS the best price you are going to find. As for Pintech dealers in Ontario I think there was a company called Souldrums
                http://www.souldrums.com/index.html

I have never dealt with any of the above and cannot vouch for their business practices.

                Hope this helps.

As for the original thread about MP3'ing some TD8 sequences, can't help you sotho. I have a TD-10.

Have you checked out Sherwood Music in Kitchener , every time I've been there they've had a v-pro or custom set-up there ,I personally found there prices a bit high after going to Long&McQuads ,Bloor Street Toronto. I picked up my Td-10 there for $1500.00 canadian.
                  Good luck

                    Holy ****e Batman!

$1500 Canadian! That is incredible. The best price here in Halifax is $1800 plus %15 tax. Good job Redman!

What is the best price Canadian for the TDW-1? Any ideas where to get this item for a decent price. The best they will do around here is $400 plus %15 TAX.

The markup on some of this stuff is just outrageous!

Congratulations Redman!!! I know you been waiting for a while for a module. Is that price for a new or used unit? You got a good deal! the best price I found was $1900.00 new. Flirting with the TD-10 at Music Stop though. Still want to try a D Drum module if I ever find one to try. Untill then I'll keep using my faith full Alesis D-5 going. E Mail me and let me know how you like the module. Speak to you soon I hope.
