    1. Who makes a rack big enough to hold all the drums in that set up?

Gibraltar makes a good rack with excellent clamps. If you like the look, you can go with Carbonlife carbon fiber rack tubes.

    2. While the TD-8 looks excellent for the "main" drums, I will need another module to accomodate the others. I would like to get something different that just another TD-8 (for variety.) The module need to have at least some "dual zone" inputs.

There's a lot out there, Alesis DM Pro, TD-10 plus TDW-1, Yamaha's DTX 2.0 or DTXtreme brain, or a decent sampler. I'd go with a sampler, you're more flexible with one.

    3. How can I use the 2 modules together?
In other words, how can I get the sounds from both modules to play through one set of headphones? A mixer, or MIDI perhaps? They don't make just a "patchbay" type of device to add more inputs, right?

You'll want a mixer for that. Which one's the best, well, that's a discussion of almost biblical proportions (especially Mackie vs. Behringer). I use a Spirit Folio SX, which is more than decent.

    4. I would use the TD-8's "aux in" to play CD's through the module. If I were to get a DM-5 also, is their some way to get the CD player and both modules to play through the headphones at the same time?

Plug the CD player and your headphones into your mixer, adjust the faders, and off you go, you don't have to use the aux-in on your TD-8.

Need help building a BIG custom set.

    Hey, all.
I am building a very large custom set. I am going with HART drums, HART, Roland, and Visu-Lite cymbals, and a TD-8 module+ another module that I have not determined yet. The set will be similar to the custom set on Hart's homepage (www.hartdynamics.com) Please take a look.

I need some advice from some of you who are "in the know:"

Thanks for any help you can give. This board has already answered so many questions I have had! You guys rock!
