  • Plugging & Unplugging Cords?

Any problems with plugging and unplugging the cords that go into the TD-10 and/or the pads? Does this "wear" on the internal connections? Any suggestions to replace the repetitive motions being performed here?

    Thanks!

Personally, I think you have to do a lot of plugging and unplugging to cause damage (assuming you are not cocking the plug while moving it). Constant pressure on cords (no strain relief) seems to cause more loose connections and intermittant signals than anything else. It seems to open up the contacts on the female part of the plug inside the unit. I have seen this on the headphone jack of a friends VPro's and have had numerous walkmans, radios and other equipment with this problem.
