  • It's almost Christmas again. What is on your list?

So, What is on your Xmas list (Drums or Music related)?
I have nothing on my list, What am I missing?
In the last few Months I have added a new 20 channel mixer, wireless microphones, wireless IEMs, and some small studio monitors.
My small home studio seems pretty complete with 2 work stations in 2 different rooms.
I am still happily married so I must be missing something studio related that could be added to my list. LOL

Mimic Pro, SPD-SX, 2-QSC K-10s, K-sub, Yamaha mixer, and a bunch of other expensive cool things!

I gave myself an early Christmas this year. Was going to buy a 2 box drummit 3 module, but it never got released in the US, so I bought my second 2 box module , a matching 12 inch tom for my vintage converted ludwig kit, another crash cymbal, and some triggered roto toms. Gotta shut down the G.A.S. now!

You have a tactile on your throne yet? If not...get one.

When I want to feel it on my butt I turn up the sub!
              But, that's an idea / item I don't have.

I've got a great big sub also. The tactile is a fantastic addition. (Even more so when playing with headphones!)

This is the one I have:

but there are cheaper alternatives (the pearl throne thumper)

and more expensive alternatives (but it includes the throne) [porter and davies] http://www.porteranddavies.co.uk/

I might have gotten the porter and davies, except there was no place to try it out...

Hmmmm, that might get my wife to smack me in the side each time she sees my right foot move while playing!
I may have to consider it.
The Porter and Davies reviews are the best but I like my throne.

I asked Santa for a JamHub Greenroom model. Wildly on sale down from $500 to $374. And I didn't mean widely as in, on sale everywhere, I meant wildly, as in, outta control!!!

                      https://jamhub.myshopify.com/product...eenroom-studio

My music room is almost complete now, just waiting till after Xmas to get a 43 in TV for the wall to show lyrics and such during band practice.

                      K ;-)

As long as I have my health, I'm happy.
But the only thing I would ask Santa for, is maybe, if they made a new drum controller in the shape of Dolly Parton (as long as not made by Roland). lol

I guess it's going to depend on if you were naughty or nice.
                            Best of luck to you!

I am going for a BBE Sonic Maximizer to see if that makes my kit sound better and stand out a bit in the MIX.
                              Please Santa!
NOW with New Improved TD-30 Module, some V drums an other music making thingies with miscellaneous small furry animals, large hairy animals, motorcycle bits and a big muff:rolleyes:.
