Bought these to give the IEM a try because all of the hype on the forums about the sound quality, They are very impressive, all the frequencies have range that I have not heard through headphones before. A little disappointed that their customer service is lacking: The audio cable is too short for e-drumming(your movement is very restricted when connected to the module). They offered to sell me a longer cable for $100, that is not acceptable.

Why not just get an audio cable extender. They're like $10 maximum. -

after spending $650 for a set of monitors, in addition to the fact of signal loss through another connection: Although not a lot, but 3db... is 3db. I think they could provide a cable long enough to make it to the module. Headphone companies manage to provide long enough cables.Comment

You're absolutely right, but if you don't get any joy from them, you'll have to find a work-around.Comment

Well...they were designed for an IEM receiver body pack. Most folks would gripe if they had to tuck miles of extra cable in their shirt or back pocket just to use them.Allanjohn's walk around seems like a no brainer...no matter how much you paid for them. Besides...after paying $650 for something...what's another $10?
