  • Roland VH-11 and Alesis Trigger I/O?

I know this topic has been discussed ad nauseam (I apologize in advance)... But I still haven't seen a definitive answer to whether the Alesis Trigger I/O and Roland VH-11 are compatible? Lots of speculation and dead end threads... Some say yes, some say no. Does anyone with hands-on experience with getting these two to work?

    Thanks!

Alesis is releasing a VH-11-like product soon, that might solve the problem, chances are it will be cheaper than a VH-11 too.
    Mini-kit: TD-9 + Alesis Control Pad + Alesis Sample Pad + PDX-6 snare
Micro-kit: Handsonic HPD-20 + an old pair of hands.
Speakers: QSC-K10 "thumper", DBR-10 "little thumper"
