Yes, we talked about XM, well, at least I did (they are in my backyard!).

XM could be very interesting but they decided to sell their stuff a little too expensive for what they offer.

I have XM mesh heads (but not the one with the trigger within), and they are loud. On the plus side, they have a really good feeling because the mesh is quite heavy and thick. It doesn't bounce wildly.

Cymbals are good enough (and the only brand to get them gold!) but Roland's and Yamaha's trigger a little better and mostly move better, closer to a real cymbal. XM's only sway back and forth, because of the way they use their rotation-stopper.

Previous modules were not great at all. Very expensive for a Medelli performance like module. The new 100s seems pretty, but I haven't heard it or tried it yet. It's not available yet, and no pricing yet either.

Conclusion: XM is not bad, and it would be great if it were a tad cheaper.

Snare sounds very electronic to me at 2:20 here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjGbJN-t7Iw

Too bad. XM tries hard to give their kits a nice look to them, I like their setups, but I am still not warming up to their modules....

          I like what they do.
Nice shells on some of them.
And an 18" bass drum available.
digitalDrummer has tried to get stuff to review, but they insist on it being bought... which doesn't help.
User reviews here have been mixed - nothing special in triggering, and their modules... forget about those.
Anyway, I also like the newer 2 part hi-hat they're doing, as an idea, but it's not really able to move about that well when open.
