  • Source of Hart Heads???

So with Hart Dynamics going out of business, I am having the hardest time trying to find any of their products. Specifically their mesh Maxxum heads. I'm working on a new project and need to buy a new mesh head. Roland heads don't fit, so I thought I would go with a Hart Maxxum since I have that on my snare and I think its great.

Does anyone have a contact who still has Hart heads in stock?
I think my work is done here.

HI Tommy. Sent you an email as I still have most sizes in stock and will be in the US in January, so I can ship from there to save you some money.
If anyone else is desperate, please let me know and I can try and help out.

Update: Tommy wanted the one size I don't have: 22"! Murphy is alive and well.

Maybe I should contact hart directly. They may have some stock in a warehouse somewhere. Not much to lose by asking.

I don't think you'll find anyone there, nor will they have any stock on hand, but of course, you're free to try.

Well, I ended up going with a 682 dual layer XS pro in white. Hopefully it works. But for a bass drum I don't think it will have too many problems.

...are the Hart heads too BIG for a Roland pad?

                            Qunvat,

All mesh heads are made to standard sizes, so there is no problem there. The problem was that Roland only makes 8, 10, 12, and 14" mesh heads. I needed a mesh head for a 22" drum. Unfortunately, Hart is out of business and their products are very thin on the market.
