  • Dual pad trigger problem with the TD-30

I have a pintech duel zone pad. It works best under the setting PD 8. If I try the other settings, it makes the rim trigger even if I just tap the center of the pad. I can't seem to make the rim trigger with the PD 8 setting on the TD 30. Any suggestions? Maybe it's the pad?

Also, I'm about to get the VEX, is it easy to upload to the TD 30?

You may need to play with stoke of the trigger settings for rim to reduce the sensitivity etc. As for vex installs, it's very easy, just follow their instructions. There are two ways to do it, I'd suggest the way that does not blot the trigger settings in your case

The problem was with the old jack. I got a new one from pintech and it works great now. Thanks campster for the advice.
