Guitar voices etc.

Hello all,

does the TD8? come with guitar, bass, and keyboard voices? Can you play them with some success on the V-Drums?

hi, Jon -

Yes, the TD-8 comes with backing instruments. I have the TD-10, but have played enought with the TD-8 to know. These instruments are nothing to really write home about, and are fairly stock synth sounds. If you want to "play" these instruments using the drum pads as triggers, you will have to ask someone else.

I have never been really impressed with the backing sounds. Total "Roland Rock".

BTW, I live just down the pike from you, in Ann Arbor. If you are playing out with your TD-8 anytime soon, let me know!
