I noticed that an expandable card can be purchased for the modules; is the TD-6 one of them.

...though some expansion is possible in the way of a TMC6 which would add more ports.

VCustom kit,
TD8 + Aphex Impulse,
HDI Cymbals.

What is TMC6?
Do you mean more ports for more pads?

Correct-a-mundo, my lead footed friend.
It has 6 ports for plugging in extra pads and then connects to the TD6 (or 7, or 8, or 10...) via the MIDI port.

Aw Cool!
I am about to convert one of my kits to a hybrid.
I have the Club Kit which I like alot, but now I can combine the two and not have extra pads.
Thanks,
Alfonso

I suppose you could try installing the expansion card in the TD6 with a hammer, but I don't think it's covered by the warranty.
Drumkat Turbo 4.5, Emulator X3, Superior 2.1, Roland Fantom XR, DTXtreme III, SPD-20 etc.......
