  • TD-10 scroll wheel

My scroll wheel is unresponsive if I jog it in either direction. When changing kit #, it will change numbers but pretty much stay in the same general # area. It will work ok if I scroll slowly.

    Anyone else have this problem?

After several years, I'm seeing some slippage. As soon as I noticed it, I slowed down. In my case it had to do with being impatient and scrolling at the speed of light.

There is a group function when cycling through instruments. Using it instead of scrolling over 400 kits at a pop would save some wear and tear on the wheel. I don't see this as a Roland defect in my case considering the age and use it has received. I don't expect it to fail anytime soon. I think I caught mine in time.
