Hello all,
I bought a Roland SPD-6 percussion pad about 3 months ago and have just got a USB -> MIDI adaptor to connect it to my computer. I'm hoping to use the SPD-6 with a program called Reason. They are working together, but the MIDI codes being transmitted by the SPD-6 are doing whacky things in Reason and I obviously need to set up some banks on the SPD-6 that output more appropriate MIDI codes. My problem is that I've lost the manual so I have no idea how to do it, and actually even with the manual I was struggling to program the thing...
So I was wondering if somone could give me a quick run-down on what I need to do to setup the SPD-6 so that it's outputting MIDI signals that make more sense to Reason.
I'm not precisely sure what MIDI codes the sampler and drum-machine in Reason want (I know very little about MIDI), but when I plug in a MIDI keyboard, the lowest octave triggers does the business.
Thanks for your time,
