  • Roland V-Session ,vs Hart Dynamics Pro 6,4

Hi all good people at this forum

I own a Roland V session kit, but was thinking about selling the kit and get me a Hart pro 6,4 kit.

The Roland kit is quite good, but the Hart kit is more "acoustic look".
I have also had some smal trouble with it, ex. plastic klamps that failed, trigger foum on the snare, hot spot on the snare, not loud enought rim sound, and bell on the ride.

Has anyone tryed the hart kit??.

PS: still keeping the TD10, it sounds great.

Listen to some Pink Floyd MP3 songs that have been recorded with TD10.

    See ya.
TD10 exp, Hart pro 6,4, Yamaha O3D mixer, Ecler EPC 7000, 6136 W RMS sound system, etc etc..

I like the Hart pads. I own the Giga Pro (uses the older style Acupads). The cymbals are cool, but loud, and they don't have dual zone triggers. I was thinking about upgrading my TD-10 with the TDW-1, and getting the new V Cymbals. So, if you want to get the Hart pads, I would think about keeping the Roland cymbals, if I were you.

Just my 2 cents, of course. Everyone has to make their own decisions based on their needs/wants. I would say try before you buy for sure.

I have been a floyd fan for years - too many to admit! I saw them twice. They just blew me away. Your band sounds great. I really enjoyed listening. Let us know when new songs are added. (At least let me know.)
