  • TD-10 start up set problem?

I've searched for this topic but couldn't find anything, so here goes...

Inexplicably, my TD-10 now starts up on the set that is one number down from the set that I shut down the TD-10 with. It used to start up on the same drum kit that I shut down with, but no longer. Anyone else experiencing this phenomenon? I'm not sure if is the start of a problem with the module's computer.

I did recently connect an extra pad to the switch plug. Removing it cured the problem. That was strange. Thanks for the help!

I tried many keywords for searching this topic but never tried "Switch On."

Now I know. Thanks for all the help!

I know you solved your problem, but just in case someone else reads this in the future I would like to add that if you connect two switch pedals (like Roland's FSU5) you have to be careful to connect them with the same polarity. I had mine with different polarity and everytime I turn on the module I got a kit one number higher than when I turned off.

            just my two pesos
