  • Why is Midi out of place during playback?

When I record midi from my Roland TD-12 set into Cubase 4 + BFD2, the kit triggers great. The problem is that the midi information keeps going back. Starts at -0.45, -0.73, -1.02, and it keeps going backwards as I play. Notice this is not a latency issue, it might be a timecode issue.

Since it varies I have to line up my playing with the song everytime and when you are recording someone else and doing lots of takes it gets very annoying and time consuming.

Can anyone please help me out with this?
