Where are the songs?

Hi All,

Got my TD-12 a few weeks ago. Very happy with it,except...

My drum teacher has a TD-8 and it has many many SONGS in it to play along to.

My TD-12 only seems to have very short patterns, that loop after a few bars. Not nearly as good.

Surely I am missing something...

Some of the TD-12 patterns have more bars than any TD-8 songs. Check the list on Pages 86-87 where the Len column shows the length in measures. That length also appears if you use F1 (LIST) from the PATTERN screen.

The TD-8 does have 110 longish songs though, whereas the TD-12 only has 150 patterns including many short ones.

Lots of good drumless songs out there to make up the lack. Do a search for "drumless" and "drumless tracks" here and on Google. Lots of free stuff, and some pay sites as well.
