  • TD-9kx update to kd120 bass pad

    Well, I seem to be updating all the time, ( DAMN this GAS) anyhow

    Will a kd120 fit in place of the existing pedal without interfering with the lower crossbar of the stand.

    I'm concerned that due to it's size it may cause a problems with placement.

    Any help here would be great.

    Thanks in advance

        Yep, that's my kit. Simply switch the placement on the rack of the snare mount and the crossbar. Note that the entire rack needs to be reassembled in order to switch the two. Here is another angle and an animation I made of it a while back....

            Thanks for the input;

            I'm updating a bunch of stuff over the next 2 months. I like the kit just fine.
            My first digital kit !

            I was planning to pick up 2 10" pads for the right rack extension and hook up a 12" pad or my snare. ( I'll have to eyeball the right extension, It looks a little short for 2 10" pads)

            anyhow thanks for all the input, I'm working the kd120 plan as I type!

            cheers
