Trigger problems w double pedal

I presume both beaters are as central as they can be? I can't comment on the KD-120 specifically, but in my experience there can be quite a difference in sensitivity between striking a kick pad dead on centre and slightly to the side. Obviously a double pedal does the latter so you should find that increasing the kick sensitivity in your module should do the trick.

I had the same problem, but somehow solved it when i upgraded to new beaters (http://vdrums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42953&page=2).. perhaps its because I set the height of them just slightly above halfway up the pad and perfectly in the center... but the double triggering is about 95% gone now.
i use the rounded plastic side not the flat one....Current E-Rig:Roland TD-20K /w Roland CY-8, Roland KD-8 & Roland SPD-S
