  • which hardware is best compatible with Hart racks?

Hi everyone! This is my very first post.. I've been lurking and reading this forum for a long time though

quick question: In the next few days I'm about to buy my Hart Dynamics 5.3 Pro kit. The problem is, it's ridiculously hard to get Hart products and spare parts in Canada.

If I decide to expand my Hart rack hardware (to add addtional toms, etc), is the tubing compatible with say, Yamaha or Gibraltar rack legs and clamps?

    Thanks for any insight.

Hart tubing is industry standard 1.5". You'll have no problems at all with Gibralter/Dixon/Pacific or any mainstream brand using circular profile tubing - not too sure about the new Yamaha system which uses hex-tubes with sphere clamps... Also, not DW racks which use larger tubes (Pacific / PDP racks OK though...)

I use all Gibraltar with my Hart set up. Good stuff.

Great! Thanks for the info guys!

Now I can't wait to get my Hart kit! Now I need to decide which module to buy, which is a whole other story!

Indeed! Since the Gibraltar clamp upgrade, I havn't had to think or worry about the clamps at all. It's been GREAT!

Sorry, gotta plug them every chance I get.
