  • Amplifier for TD12 for home use

I just bought the TD12 and now I'm trying to figure out which amp to get for home useage practice. My local music store, KHS in Beijing, really only has the PM10 and PM30.

I like the PM 30 because I assume you get surround sound??? so hi-hat sound comes out of left speaker and floor tom out of right speaker??? Is this right? This would appear to me to very cool and very real to an acoustic kit this way

However, there is no way on earth I need the volume of the PM30 at home so I'm worried I'm just wasting my money or underusing it.

Any suggestions? Maybe buy the PM10 and get some other channel speakers??
On the Roland site it says PM10 is good for TD6 and 3. I feel like I'm wasting my TD12s if I buy a lower end amp.
