Hello, Looking for some help....... I have a DIY kit with internal triggers. I am thinking about going double with the kick by adding a KD-7. I'm using a TD-12 module. Which is the best way to run into the module? Using an AUX input and turning it into a bass drum, or splitting channel 1 and using both kick drums with one input? Any suggestions??? Thanks....

Using Dual KD-7 Kick Triggers.
I have been using 2 KD-7's since 2003.. I use the "Mix-In" method and I have no problems whatsoever and no drop in level. I recommend this method.Last edited by H3Hummer24; 05-12-08, 04:47 AM.Josh
I highly recommend kits from V-Expressions.

Parallel piezo's (ie connecting two triggers together) is not a problem technically. Even if you do experience a slight level drop, it is a simple matter to bump up your trigger sensitivity to compensate.
As Bruce says, save your Aux for another trigger. Trust me, every trigger input is like gold to someone who suffers from GAS
