Cannot access SETUP menu - TD-12

Got my TD-12 module yesterday. After starting to work with it I noticed my setup button always takes me to the pad switch page...I can't factory reset because my f5 button is doing other things. I can't do much without this feature.

Any ideas?

Well, to get to the PAD SW screen, you would press F3 after pressing Setup. So, I wonder if your F3 button is stuck in the pressed state? Maybe press it a few times to see if it appears to be stuck.

When I press the setup button rapidly I can see the setup menu for a split second. My exit button leads me to the factory reset screen, but of course I can't go any further than that. SHIFT+SETUP correctly leads me to COPY. It's so strange!

That is pretty strange. Is the module new, or used?

Brand spankin new. I've had it for almost two days now. I'm goin crazy!

Something is not right with that module. This is an obvious problem. Who knows what else might be wrong with it. You really should contact the place you bought it from and they should exchange for a good one.
